Sugar Free Freezer Jam

BERNARDIN® Sugar-Free Freezer Jam Pectin lets you to make luscious homemade jam, all you have to do is crush, stir and freeze… or serve it right away!


  •  3 cups crushed blue berries
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-3/4 cup unsweetened cranberry or apple juice
  • 1 pkg No Sugar Needed Pectin


Yield Approx 4 - 250ml Jars 

  1. Crush fruit, Measure 4 cups (1000ml) Fruit [Peaches, apricots reduce to 3 ¼ cup (875ml)]. 

  2. Add Sugar-Free Freezer Jam Pectins. Stir 3 minutes.

  3. Ladle into clean jars leaving ½ inch (1 cm) headspace; apply lids.  

  4. Serve right away; Refrigerate up to 3 weeks; or, freeze for longer storage.
